Well its official. You have spent many years being a part of my life but because you were so unhealthy and toxic for me, I had to give you up. Yes, this break up is going to be hard but I can manage without you now. Its time to not look back.
Yes, its official. I am quitting cigarettes. I am now day 8 into this (I had a blip yesterday and had 2) and slowly I’m going to stop nicotine completely.
I’m now using a vape which is honestly so much better and I will eventually be cutting down the nicotine in that too.
I got this. I don’t need cigarettes anymore.
